I am happy with the services that Elithanva offers, and to be specific, I am happy with the VA they allocated me, VA Kawira. She did an excellent job for the one week I hired her as customer care when my permanent VA was on sick leave. She did her job very well; she is well organized, humble, and polite. She is self-driven. I didn’t have to follow her up every time. After explaining everything she needed, she understood and took the roles passionately.
